Your order will be normally be dispatched to you on the same working day. However all orders (subject to full payment being made and stock being available) will be dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason this timescale cannot be met, we will notify within two working days of your order being placed.

At the order placement stage of the process, you will be passed to a third party payment agent. At no point will Photomix receive details of your credit card or other method of payment.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss returns option. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. We do, however go further than this by offering an entirely discretionary extension to the 7 day deadline and offer return for any reason up to 14 days from purchase. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened and in an identical condition to how they were received within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Responsibility for the goods remain with you, the customer until received at Photomixs' premises and customers are encouraged to take adequate insurance with their chosen shipping method.
